Constitution Day picnic & Stumping event

Saturday, September 15th was the date that the Volusia/Flagler Chapter of the ACLU held its Constitution Day Picnic and Stumping event at City Island Park in Daytona Beach.

About 50 picnickers enjoyed hotdogs and cold drinks while they listened to other more vocal picnickers "stump" - have a few minutes to stand on a soapbox and speak their minds.
